Be Your Best offers home-care therapy services in Scottsdale and surrounding areas. We provide OT and PT services to children and young adults with a wide array of needs, and specialize in sensory integration, autism, movement disorders, handwriting, and fine motor skills.

Our mission at Be Your Best is to provide exceptional services at affordable prices with a focus on child and family driven goals to improve functional skills and achieve participation in everyday activities. We believe that solutions are found in the collaboration between family, therapists, educators, and physicians.

At Be Your Best Your Child Will Receive Outstanding Care: Our therapists have advanced training in Sensory Integration and Neurodevelopmental Treatment. We have knowledge of adaptive equipment and can tailor make hand splints to promote improved function. We have experience in treating children as young as 10 days old through adulthood.

We Save You Money: Not only are our therapy sessions priced the lowest in the area, but our sessions run between 45-60 minutes, depending on your child's needs and performance. Many centers offer 35-40 minute treatment sessions. Over the course of the month, that would add up to an additional 45-60 minutes of therapy at no extra charge. ​We are confident that BYB can meet all of your needs, and at the best value.
What is Occupational Therapy?

Sensory Integration

Occupational Therapy with a Sensory Integration approach uses play activities that are aimed at changing how the brain reacts to touch, sound, sight, and movement, allowing a child to fully and comfortably interact in all environments. We utilize the most evidenced based approach in improving children's sensory processing and functional skills.

Movement Disorders
​& Injuries

Children with injuries, birth defects, or movement disorders may require specialized handling from a highly trained therapist in order develop effective movement skills, strength, range of motion, strategies for daily tasks, and planning for adaptive equipment such as hand splints, feeding tools, and wheelchairs.

Fine Motor Skills
​& Coordination 

Does your child have difficulty with dressing, tying shoes, fastening closures to clothing, writing legibly, coordinating limbs for play, or opening snack bags and water bottles? We are experts in improving fine motor skills. Your child will have fun while developing strength and learning skills to allow them to participate equally with their friends.
